2 weeks in...

Time is flying by, can't believe it's already been two weeks. We're doing good and having fun getting to know each other. As Blane likes to say, Bennett is a boob man, an eating machine. We've started to figure out some method to the madness to get as many long stretches of sleep at night so we're not feeling too exhausted. I've also always been a good napper, a trait I hope little B inherits, so feeling good.

We've had a few baths, lost the umbilical chord, had a few blowouts, tried our first bottle (was chugged down), family dinners, daytime walks and enjoyed our many fun visitors. It's been a busy two weeks. Blane heads back to work next week so a little nervous for that, but we'll be good.

The bathroom continues to make progress. The wallboarder is done and Blane has been doing some fine tuning on a few missed spots. Hoping this week we can get everything primed and the hallway painted with the final color this week. The tile guy has also started work so things are coming together.
