Mina & Jeff Wedding
Last weekend we headed down to the Hood Canal area to celebrate the nuptuals of Mina & Jeff. There was a group of about 12 of is from WSU that rented a house for the weekend a few minutes from the wedding site. The house was perfect! It was right on the canal, had lots of space for everyone to spread out and had a nice big hot tub that we all managed to squeeze into at the same time. Friday evening we enjoyed catching up, soaking in the tub and celebrating with the bride on her last night of freedom. Saturday we got the bridesmaids ready and out the door and the rest of us quickly followed to help set up. The weather held in there for the wedding and only misted briefly an hour before the ceremony. The bride and groom looked great and it was a a night of good food and dancing. They had an assortment of cupcakes as their wedding cake and I would have to say the coconut cream was by far the best - I did sample all but one of the five flavours carrot was in close second.
