Back in the saddle

Week one went well. Day one was hard for me, B on the other hand was looking around and smiling at all his new friends. He was exhausted by the end of the day and slept from 4:30-12:30 with a small break to eat at 6:30. We hung out from 12:30-2am and then he was down again. Day two and three were much easier and he slept great each night. I love getting the daily update from daycare showing what the kids are up to. We even got our first piece of artwork from Bennett. Sadly I picked up my first cold on my first day back. Thankfully Bennett only seems to have the standard daycare runny nose.

Mr B is a big boy. Registering at 98% on the charts, he was 18lbs and 27 1/4" long at his 4month appointment. We've tried rice cereal a couple times and he loves it. We have a good eater on our hands. He loves grabbing his toes, chewing on everything, starting to push up with his arms when on his tummy, rolling (which he does every nap time at daycare, tummy sleeper) and sitting which he can do unassisted for a moment. They tell us at daycare that he's so strong and will crawl early, we'll see. I'm just excited for him to be able to sit by himself and play.
