Colorado Wedding

Last weekend we flew down to Denver to celebrate the wedding of our good friend Tom. The wedding was held in Colorado Springs which happens to also be the place where our other good friends Charlie and Chelsie we're recently stationed. We decided to make a mini vacation out of it and stayed for 5 days. We had an action packed trip with the the wedding, river rafting, cabin camping, hiking and seeing the local terrain. Tom, Charlie and Blane have been best buds for the longest time and this was the first time they were all back together in several years - good fun.

We celebrated Tom's b-day while at the cabin and the boys got him a matching Coug cycling jersey to go with their matching Coug tattoos.

The most intense hail storm I've ever witnessed passed over us just before we were getting ready to head back to Co. Springs. I was amazed the car didn't have dents all over it after the storm had passed. What's wild is the storms roll in and out so quickly. In Seattle we're used to bad weather sticking around for the day(s).
