Last weekend we participated in the Seafair Triathlon down at Seward Park. Mark and Laura joined us and we all finished with good times. Mark's parents were also in town and helped cheer us all on - thanks Howard and Renee. All-in-all it was a great race and it always feels good to get out and compete with your peers. I had a few unfortunate events, such as turning towards shore at the wrong bouy and having to be tracked down by one of the safety person's to get me back on track. Whoops! Next we might try an olympic distance tri, 1mile swim, 24mile bike and 6mile run.
